Description

The round steak is tenderer than normal steak because it is cut from the ox's hip joint at the topside. In this part of the ox there is less muscle than in a "regular" beef steak. A recommendation is to cook the round steak with extra virgin olive oil and some pepper and salt. Round steak goes very well with a red wine.
