IMPORTANT NOTICE: extra measures in respect of coronavirus

In view of the new situation with regards to the coronavirus, please find the following information. At HANOS, health and safety of our customers and employees have the highest priority. As a result, we have implemented the following extra measures for our delivery process and in our branches.

Measures in respect of deliveries:

  • While we make every effort to make deliveries to you according to the agreed delivery schedule, we may possibly have to amend our routes. If this is the case, we will notify you in good time.
  • In order to protect our drivers, deliveries will only be made to a maximum of one delivery point per address.
  • Our drivers will keep to the agreements that are familiar to you in terms of delivery, but will obviously avoid physical (hand to hand) contact, in keeping with the advice by RIVM (National Institute for Public Health); - Our drivers always work hygienically, but will, from now on, use hand sanitizer after each delivery.

Measures in our branches:

Our branches will remain open during regular opening hours. Hand sanitizers have been placed at the entrance of all our branches. You are hereby requested to make use of these. Of course we set strict guidelines in respect of hygiene in our branches. These apply now, as they always do. Our employees are fully aware of this and are taking additional measures. However, as a precautionary measure we have closed our tasting areas for the time being. As far as payment is concerned, please use pin payments as much as possible. However, if you pay in cash, please put down the money and pick up any change yourself to avoid hand to hand contact.

Measures in connection with our events, workshops and master classes:

Our workshops and master classes that were scheduled until August, have all been cancelled. In case you have registered for these, you will be notified by separate mail. Depending on further developments, we hope to give you further information in the near future about a possible new date. The scheduled spring event on 3 and 4 April has also been cancelled.

In view of the current situation, deliveries and purchases in our branches will possibly change from what you are used to. We ask for your understanding in these exceptional circumstances and for our employees who do their utmost to serve you as efficiently as possible. Thank you very much for your cooperation in this.

Of course we will keep you informed on any new developments. If you have any questions, please contact your contact person at the service desk, your account manager or branch management. HANOS wishes you much strength in these difficult and uncertain times.
